THE CHAINSMOKERS HEAT THINGS UP IN NEW SINGLE AND VIDEO
“MY BAD” WITH SHENSEEA
Grammy® Award-winning and chart-topping artist/producer duo The Chainsmokers have dropped their new single “My Bad” with Grammy nominated, chart-topping Jamaican artist Shenseea today via DISRUPTOR/Columbia Records. The song marks The Chainsmokers’ fourth release from the new TCS5 Era and was co-written with Shenseea, Dizzy, Lostboy, Adam Melchor and Caroline Ailin. It also arrives alongside a steamy official video directed by Patrick Tohill, which was recently shot in Los Angeles.
Most recently, The Chainsmokers were featured on a special track with Latin music heavyweights Nicky Jam and Maluma called “Celular,” marking their first ever Latin collaboration. “My Bad” also follows the release of “See You Again” with ILLENIUM and Carlie Hansen, “Self Destruction Mode” with bludnymph, and “Up & Down” with 347aidan.
The Chainsmokers continue to play shows and festivals around the world, including the biggest show of their career at LA Historic Park in California on August 19th, two upcoming special shows at Red Rocks in Colorado on September 2nd and 3rd, and Montréal’s îLESONIQ Festival on August 12th. “My Bad” is the latest in a series of new music Shenseea has released this year including “Curious” (watch the video here) as well as “Sold Out” (listen here) and “Talk Truth” (listen here). Shenseea was also featured on the song “Infamous” alongside Myke Towers from the deluxe version of Metro Boomin Presents Spider-Man™: Across the Spider-Verse Soundtrack from and Inspired by the Motion Picture (stream it here). Shenseea also made her Coachella debut in April.
