(February 7, 2020) – Today, critically acclaimed singer-songwriter JP Saxe releases his six-song EP, Hold It Together, via Arista Records. Listen HERE. The EP includes a new emotionally-rich track titled “Sad Corny Fuck” with official music video. Watch HERE. Hold It Together also includes “If the World Was Ending,” JP’s duet with Grammy-nominated artist, Julia Michaels, which has over 200 million streams and was performed on The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon in November. That track is already certified Platinum in Canada, and Top 15 at Hot AC and Top 40 radio.

The song was produced by FINNEAS, who recently took home the Producer of the Year award at this year’s Grammy’s, and has been publicly lauded by fellow recording artists, including Shawn Mendes, Alessia Cara, Sasha Sloan, Gwen Stefani, Lennon Stella and more. In addition to these tracks, the EP features fan-favorite, “25 In Barcelona” and new songs, “3 Minutes,” “Explain You” and title track, “Hold It Together.”

In support of the EP, JP performed two sold-out headlining shows in Toronto and New York, and will play his Los Angeles headlining show on February 11 at The Echo. VINCINT is the supporting act. Following, JP will join Lennon Stella on her European tour later this month. See full itinerary below.

Of the EP, JP says, “I used to think my strength was in my ability to hold it together. That the best thing I could be for the people I loved was a rock. Turns out rocks don’t feel as much as vulnerable flawed humans and can also be very hard to connect to. This EP is a lot about love, but more so about learning how to be myself, in and out of it.”
