LIL TJAY RELEASES NEW SONG AND VIDEO FOR “ICE COLD”
After celebrating his 19th birthday yesterday, breakout NY rapper Lil Tjay shares his emotional new song “Ice Cold” via Columbia Records. The track is a personal reflection on the current state of the world, especially in New York City. The accompanying visual shows Tjay reflecting as he drives through the desolate streets of New York City during the pandemic. Watch the David Wept directed video HERE. “Ice Cold” will appear on Lil Tjay’s upcoming mixtape State of Emergency, which he teases in the video
The State Of Emergency mixtape follows the release of Lil Tjay’s gold certified debut album True 2 Myself, released last year. The album included the platinum hits “Brothers” and “F.N.” and the gold certified “Ruthless” and “Leaked”. Earlier this year, Tjay joined forces with Polo G again on “First Place” – the follow up to their quadruple platinum certified breakout hit “Pop Out,” which has accumulated over 500 Million video views and streams to date and landed on Billboard, UPROXX, and Complex Best of 2019 year end lists.
