LOUD LUXURY & SHIP WREK TEASE “AMNESIA” ft. GASHI OUT MARCH 4TH
(Toronto, CA – March 1, 2021) – Diamond certified, 2x JUNO Award winning, Canadian DJ-duo Loud Luxury team up with prodigious electronic DJs on the rise, Ship Wrek, to release the official music video for “Amnesia” featuring GASHI, this Thursday, March 4th.
About the collaboration, Loud Luxury says, “We both used to play in bands when we were younger so it was awesome returning to our roots and working on something that had that type of energy. We’ve been big fans of Ship Wrek, playing out tons of their tracks on tour, and felt like it was a matter of time before doing something together. Once we got to know GASHI, it was the icing on the cake. He complimented this song perfectly and we’re super stoked that it’s yours to enjoy.”
Ship Wrek adds, “We started this record around the time everything shut down because of COVID. Around the same period, we met the Loud Luxury guys and started talking about working together. We all wanted to try something kind of outside the box and decided to work on ‘Amnesia.’ We’ve been really inspired by what the punk/alternative scene has been doing right now and on this record we wanted to merge two worlds together to create a harsher electronic sound. Since none of us were touring we had time to hang out and really focus on it. We’re all very proud of this record and can’t wait for the world to hear it.”
