Listen here. “This is a project I’ve always wanted to do but never thought the timing would work,” said Hurd. “I hope everyone loves these versions because I’m so grateful I get to share them.” Featuring an acoustic version of his latest single “Every Other Memory,” EOM EP shines a spotlight on Hurd’s singular, distinctive songwriting. The project showcases new takes on his co-penned hits such as double-Platinum “Heartless” (Diplo ft. Morgan Wallen), Platinum No. 1 “What If I Never Get Over You” (Lady A), Gold No. 1 “Sunrise, Sunburn, Sunset” (Luke Bryan), and “Payback” (Rascal Flatts), which features The Cadillac Three. Other standout tracks include his critically-lauded cover of Taylor Swift’s “False God” and a live performance of “Wish for the World” from Hurd’s sold-out show at Nashville’s Cannery Ballroom.
