(October 25, 2023) – Leading up to the release of his new album next Friday, Kevin Abstract has dropped his third offering from the album, “Running Out.” His third studio album Blanket, slated for release on November 3rd via Video Store/RCA Records, features previously released singles “What Should I Do?“ and its accompanying video “SLIP N SLIDE,” as well as lead and title track “Blanket,” which was released concurrently with visual “GUM“ when the album was first announced.
The new album, available for pre-order now, was made over a 3-month span in early 2023, mostly alongside Kevin’s longtime collaborator and producer Romil Hemnani in addition to multi-instrumentalist Jonah Abraham (Playboi Carti’s Whole Lotta Red). The creation process was a collaborative one, with Abstract and his production team involving young screenwriters and veteran songwriters alike.
The album is currently available for pre-order, and there are also two exclusive Blanket merchandise packs, including t-shirts and CD’s along with limited edition, individually-numbered longbox CDs, which are available now at shop.kevinabstract.co.
Listen to “Running Out” above now and stay tuned for more from Kevin Abstract coming soon.
